Garlic and Green Herb Riced Cauliflower with Mixed Vegetables

Serves 2, as a heart healthy side dish.

2 cups of riced cauliflower

1 cup of chopped carrots

1 cup of fresh peas

½ cup of chopped green onions

2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

2 tbsp. Luvafoodie salt free Garlic and Green Herb blend


1In a medium size saucepan add olive oil, cauliflower, carrots, peas, onions and Luvafoodie Garlic Green Herb spice blend.

2Over medium heat sauté for about 7-10 minutes, until vegetables are cooked.
