Garlic and Green Herb Artichoke Halibult

2 fresh halibut 8 oz. filets

1/2 cup marinated artichokes with oil

2 tbsp. sliced Kalamata olives

1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp. white wine

2 tsp. Luvafoodie Garlic and Green Herb Salt Free Spices

2 tsp. Dijon mustard


1Preheat oven to 370 degrees.

2In an oven proof pan.

3Mix together in pan all ingredients except halibut filets.

4Add halibut filets skin side down.

5Bake for 20 minutes.
