Countryside Herb Stuffed Chicken Breast

Serves 4, delicious main dish, serve with Go Red salad.

4 Chicken Breasts

1 bunch of asparagus tips

4 slices of low-fat mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp. Luvafoodie Countryside Herb Salt Free spices

2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil


1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Rinse asparagus tips with water, cut off 1 inch from bottom of stalk. Set aside.

3Divide asparagus tips into four sets.

4Take a knife and slit a pocket on side of chicken breast.

5Stuff each chicken breast with 1 set of asparagus tips and 1 piece of mozzarella cheese.

6In an oven proof pan add olive oil.

7Put chicken breasts in pan and sprinkle with Luvafoodie Countryside Herb.

8Bake for 40 minutes.
