I had the pleasure to eat at new Parella Italian restaurant this past weekend. I started my Sunday off with a Bellini that I enjoyed. I went on a Sunday for lunch. I had the Misticanza 20 Herbs and Greens salad with pistachios and Pecorina cheese. I then enjoyed a rich dish called Veal Tortolonni “Tonnato” with sweet corn brood, shaved tuna and capers. The pasta was homemade and the veal filling was creamy and seasoned perfect on a bed of think creamy sweet corn brodo. I loved the dish. The restaurant décor is bright and colorful. Parella is located at 3001 Hennepin Ave South, Minneapolis, MN. I will go back next for dinner!
