• 1 bag of frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 cup of Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup of apple juice
  • ¼ cup of chopped fresh mint leaves

  1. Thaw strawberries in refrigerator overnight.
  2. In a blender or food processor puree strawberries.
  3. In a medium size bowl add strawberries, yogurt, sour cream and apple juice.
  4. Mix on medium speed with a hand held mixer, for two minutes.
  5. Pour into 4 bowls garnish with mint leaves.
