- 4- 8oz. steaks
- ½ cup of olive oil
- Juice of one lemon
- ½ cup of pine nuts
- 1 bunch of basil (leaves only)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- ¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese
- Dash of salt
- Dash of pepper
- In a food processor: pulse together olive oil, basil and garlic until smooth.
- Add pine nuts, cheese, salt and pepper.
- Set pesto aside.
- Grill steaks to your desired degree of doneness and top with pesto sauce.
