• 4- 8oz. steaks
  • ½ cup of olive oil
  • Juice of one lemon
  • ½ cup of pine nuts
  • 1 bunch of basil (leaves only)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • ¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of pepper

  1. In a food processor: pulse together olive oil, basil and garlic until smooth.
  2. Add pine nuts, cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. Set pesto aside.
  4. Grill steaks to your desired degree of doneness and top with pesto sauce.
