Seafood Lovers Crab Cakes

2 cups lump crabmeat

2 cups Panko bread crumbs

1 bunch green onions

2 beaten eggs

4 tsp Luvafoodie Seafood Lovers Spice Blend

2 tsp lemon juice

1/2 cup mayonnaise

Zest of 1 lemon


1Preheat oven to 370 degrees

2In a medium size bowl: add beaten eggs, 2 tsp. Luvafoodie Seafood Lovers Spice Blend, crab, chopped green onions and 1 cup of Panko breadcrumbs. Mix until blended.

3Put 1 cup of Panko Breadcrumbs in another bowl and mix with 1 tsp. Luvafoodie Seafood Lovers Spice blend.

4Take 1 tbsp. of crab mixture in your hand to form a small party, roll both sides in seasoned breadcrumbs and put on a greased baking sheet.

5Repeat step 3 until all crab mixture is gone, about 15 total crab cakes.

6Bake for 10 minutes.

7In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and 1 tsp. of Luvafoodie Seafood Lovers spice blend.

8Plate crab cakes on serving plate and zest with lemon.

9Serve seasoned mayonnaise with crab cakes.
